Bang & Bonsomer  announced todayour current board member  Ralf Klärich was elected Chairman of the Board effective 18 December 2009.Ralf Klärich has an  impressive background in the chemical distribution. Ralf Klärich also bought 20 percent of the shares in the company.At the same time 5 percent of the shares was sold to Group Chief Financial Officer Tarja Nyström. However, the Hertell family maintains its majority interest in the Company. Karl Johan Hertell, current Chairman of the Board will remain as vice Chairman.
